The Cleveland Range 21CET8 3-
pan countertop steamer is
made entirely of heavy-duty
14-gauge stainless steel and
holds three, 2 1/2", full-
size steam pans. The 21CET8
has a rear mounted,
insulated
steam generator with remote,
probe-type, water level
controls, to make sure you
don't run dry in the middle
of steaming your main
course.
There is also an automatic
steam generator blowdown on
the 21CET8 that keeps the
steam circulating the in
chamber, and a "water jet"
drain cleaning system. Other
features on the 21CET8
include a 60 minute
mechanical timer, a manual
(continuous steaming) bypass
switch and adjustable,
stainless steel legs with
flanged feet. The 21CET8 is
NSF and UL listed, and is
