The Cecilware EFS-65 fryer features a stainless steel tank with enough room to hold two 6 1/2" wide fryer baskets for high-output cooking. The high temperature limit prevents oil overheating while a full-flow 1 1/4" drain valve allows for effortless oil drainage and easy cleaning. And for easy maintenance, all of the controls are accessible from the front of the fryer.

This Energy Star Compliant floor fryer boasts a large, deep cold zone and a forward sloping bottom that maintains the quality of your oil by collecting and removing sediment from the frypot. Its rear flush feature pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4" IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup.
