This efficient and economical machine features two controlled heat zones and can be installed in three different ways to accommodate for your restaurant or bar, depending how you want to use it and the space you have available to mount it. This cheese melter is made of strong stainless steel with full insulation that retains heat while keeping the outside surfaces cool.

This Cecilware CM24M cheese melter requires a 1.8 KW 120V electrical connection. Please refer to Manual for advanced specifications and installation information.
