This Cecilware 00627L replacement mixer for CHOCO-1 hot chocolate dispensers works as a direct replacement for the one that came with your unit. Use it to replace a broken mixer to ensure that your guests always have access to a hot cup of smooth cocoa. This mixer agitates your hot chocolate to keep it smooth and consistent, ensuring that mix doesn't settle to the bottom of the dispenser.
This replacement mixer slides over the mixing shaft in the dispenser bowl and has two blades that constantly scrape the bottom of the bowl. When in use, this mixer will move constantly to prevent the product from separating or sticking to the hot plate.
