This 2 qt. white cold crock holds salad, dressing, or condiments. When frozen for 8 hours and filled with pre-chilled food, it maintains 40 degrees or lower for eight hours. It will maintain 40 degrees up to twelve hours with lid, which is sold separately under item #271CM1032. This cold crock is NSF listed.
