This Carlisle MY40008 Cateraide forest green end loading insulated pan carrier is an excellent way to transport up to six 2 1/2" food pans for your busy catering business, restaurant, or buffet. Made of strong polyethylene with insulation, it is tough and capable of retaining desired temperatures for the food being stored.

Over an eight hour period, the storage area of this carrier goes up less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit when stored items start around a freezing temperature. When storing hot foods around a starting temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit, they will retain a temperature over 160 degrees Fahrenheit up to 8 hours later. This carrier has a built in seal along the door, ergonomic design that lets multiple carriers stack on top of each other, and can be comfortably transported by two people. This item is NSF listed.
