This Carlilse CM1103 6", deep, one-third- size, divided cold food pan is made of durable, ABS plastic that is dishwasher safe. This food pan has a patented cooling system that eliminates the inconvenience and mess of ice as well as reduces the potential of bacteria. This food pan holds food temperatures at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for eight hours. It is available in black or white and is NSF listed. The CM1103 measures 7"W x 12.75"L x 6"H.
