This white Carlisle CM110202 6", deep, one-third- size, cold food pan is made of durable, ABS plastic that is dishwasher safe. This food pan has a patented cooling system that eliminates the inconvenience and mess of ice as well as reduces the potential of bacteria. This food pan holds food temperatures at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for eight hours. It is NSF listed.

    Great for keeping things cold and/or frozen at off site events. Durable and easy to clean. Only drawback is you cannot fit a lot in them, but I guess thats the tradeoff of keeping the item cold.

    This Carlisle Coldmaster Cold Food Pan is excellent!!! We own several of these and keep them on our kitchen counters for quickly plating our cold side dishes. No more running to the fridge or pre-portioning foods that you may not use. These truly stay cold too! Our local health dept. tests them every time they are inspecting and the temp. is always right on! We love these cold pans.
