Made of durable, white ABS plastic, this Carlisle CM1043 Coldmaster 6" deep half-size food pan is perfect for keeping cold foods cold at your salad bar, buffet, or next catered event.

Thanks to its non-toxic refrigerant gel core, the Carlisle CM1043 half-size Coldmaster food pan can maintain temperatures under 40°F for up to eight hours. This eliminates both the need for messy ice and the potential for bacteria growth.

The Carlisle CM1043 6" deep, half-size Coldmaster food pan is NSF Listed and measures 6 1/4"W x 20 3/4"L x 6"D. Consult the Specification Sheet for further details and notes on usage.
