This 40 lb., black, deli/buffet pan is made of high gloss acrylic and the rectangular shape helps to save space in display cases. This deli/buffet pan is dishwasher safe for temperatures of 32 degrees to 160 degrees and will hold up to 40 lbs. of salad. It's also great for displaying fast selling foods or large items such as ribs, chicken or pasta.
