This clear, round, sectioned plastic catering tray is made of break-resistant SAN, which resists food acids and oils. The molded-in pattern gives the catering tray the appearance of etched crystal. This four-section catering tray includes a molded-in bowl that holds 9 1/2 oz. of dips or sauces. This catering tray is safe when exposed to temperatures between 0 degrees and 180 degrees, and measures 15" in diameter.
