This 11" solid serving spoon
is made of poly construction
and is dishwasher safe and is NSF listed.
It
is recommended for wet temperatures up
to 212 degrees and withstands dry heat up
to 270 degrees. This spoon has a notched
handle to rest on
the edge of food pan and a slot at end for
hanging. It is available in beige, black,
clear, forest green, reddish-brown, and red.
