Go green with this Carlisle 4387240 Dayton oval melamine platter! This melamine platter is made from 50% sustainable natural resources which will begin to biodegrade after 90 days in a compostable setting. This product gives you the best of both worlds. It’s stain, scratch, and break-resistant when being used for service, but breaks down easily once thrown away, reducing waste. This product is dishwasher safe, and can hold food up to 212 degrees.

Use this platter for your signature sandwiches with chips, for salads, or for pasta dishes. Whatever you decide to use it for, this oval platter will be great for any restaurant, caterer, buffet, or any other food service operation! Its peppercorn color will fit in perfectly with any decor.
