This Carlisle 3" silicone bristle pastry brush has a unique bristle design that carries and spreads liquids better than ordinary silicone pastry brushes. The Carlisle 40405 is color-coded red for high heat applications (it can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit), and features a convenient molded-in hanging hook to grab pan edges.

Cleanup is a snap, too. Its stain-and-odor resistant design is also dishwasher-safe. Also available in a 2" size under item number 27140403.
