Soft flagged white nylon bristles are molded into the handle making the pastry brush extremely durable and preventing bacteria from harboring in air pockets. The 2" wide brush also features a molded into- the-handle hook that easily hangs on the lip of crocks and containers to prevent bristles from burning or melting from resting against hot pan bottoms. The hook also elevates bristles off of the counter top while laid down to keep bristles clean and to help prevent contamination. Each pastry brush measures 9.75" long with a 2" wide brush.
