This high temperature brush has stiff, Teflon bristles that withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees. High temperature brushes save time since equipment can be cleaned while it is still warm. Promotes more frequent cleaning to meet sanitation regulations and improve food flavor. Plastic handle provides a "cool touch." This brush is 28" in length with 1-3/8" bristles.

    This is a great tool for cleaning big fryers! It reaches far and keeps your hands safely away from hot parts!! Great for filtering the fryer every night!!

    This is a great brush for cleaning messy fryers, especially deep ones where you need a bit more reach. The long handle is super great.
