This pump will fit onto a 4 quart inset for an electric warmer, or on a #10 can. It is perfect for hot fudge, nacho cheese sauce or other hot sauce/toppings. It also works well for dispensing condiments such as ketchup, mustard, hot sauce and barbecue sauce. The pump is made of 18-8 stainless steel and comes with a 7 1/2" round cover. It will dispense 1 1/4 oz. per stroke. Two restrictors are also included to reduce stroke and output to either 1 oz. or 1/2 oz. The plastic dip tube reaches down 6 1/2". It may be trimmed to a shorter length or removed, if needed. Two different sized cleaning brushes are included, as well as 9 different product labels. This pump is NSF listed.
