This 1/6 sized food pan measures 6 3/4" x 6 3/8" x 6" and has a capacity of 2 1/2 quarts. It is amber-tinted and designed to store high- heat foods. The polycarbonate material resists food oils and acids and can withstand temperatures between -40 degrees F and 212 degrees F. This pan is NSF listed.
