This 1/6 sized food pan measures 6 3/4" x 6 3/8" x 2" and has a capacity of 1.1 quarts. It is amber-tinted and designed to store high-heat foods. The polycarbonate material resists food oils and acids and can withstand temperatures between -40 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit. This pan is NSF listed.
