This 1/4 sized food pan measures 10 1/4" x 6 3/8" x 2" and has a capacity of 2.8 quarts. It is amber-tinted and designed to store high-heat foods. The polycarbonate material resists food oils and acids and can withstand temperatures between -40 degrees F and 212 degrees F. This pan is NSF listed.
