This versatile high heat food pan can go from the refrigerator or freezer to the microwave, to the steam table, with no need to swap pans! The Carlisle 10401 Top Notch high heat food pan is made of durable polycarbonate that is designed to resist food acids and can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Carlisle 10401 Top Notch full size food pan also features an easy lifting spoon notch which allows for a safe, sanitary and convenient way to remove the food pan from steam tables, prep tables, and food bars.
