Keep food fresh longer with the Carlisle 10301 Top Notch 1/6 size 4" deep plastic food pan. The Carlisle 10301 Top Notch food pan is made of durable polycarbonate that is designed to resist food acids and can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Carlisle 10301 Top Notch 1/6 size food pan also features an easy lifting spoon notch which allows for a safe, sanitary and convenient way to remove the food pan from steam tables, prep tables, and food bars.

Each food pan is dishwasher safe and NSF Listed. Sold individually. See Companion Items for compatible lids.

Any product made by Carlisle is top quality! I have this product plus many, many other food pans and I always stick with the Carlisle brand. The pans and lids always fit perfectly and always look brand new.

These are great for storing, especially if you have prep stations. These are extremely cheap compared to equipment/supply stores, so if you need them - pay less here!
