Made of dishwasher safe and NSF listed polycarbonate that resists food acids and oils and can withstand temperatures of -40 F to 212 F. Pan has easy lift spoon notches at both ends for a safe, sanitary, easy removal. Optional solid, notched and soft lids sold separately. Dimensions 10.25"X6.5". Available in Black and Clear.
