Keep food fresh longer with the Carlisle 10261 Top Notch 1/3 size 4" deep plastic food pan. The Carlisle 10261 Top Notch food pan is made of durable polycarbonate that is designed to resist food acids and can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Carlisle 10261 Top Notch 1/3 size food pan also features an easy lifting spoon notch which allows for a safe, sanitary and convenient way to remove the food pan from steam tables, prep tables, and food bars.

    Carlisle 10261 Top Notch 1/3 Size 4" Deep Food Pan

    This food pan is ideal for cold storage as you don't have to wonder what's in them like you do with stainless steel pans. They wash up nicely and are very durable too!
