Keep food fresh longer with the Carlisle 10221 Top Notch half size 4" deep plastic food pan. The Carlisle 10221 Top Notch food pan is made of durable polycarbonate that is designed to resist food acids and can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Carlisle 10221 Top Notch half size food pan also features an easy lifting spoon notch which allows for a safe, sanitary and convenient way to remove the food pan from steam tables, prep tables, and food bars.
