This 1/2 size food pan is made of dishwasher safe and NSF listed polycarbonate that resists food acids and oils. The 2" deep 1/2 size food pan can withstand temperatures of -40 F to 212 F. Food pan has easy lift spoon notches at both ends for a safe, sanitary, easy removal. Optional solid, notched and soft lids sold separately. Dimensions of the 2" 1/2 size food pan is 12.75"X10.5".
