The Cambro UPCH400
Ultra pan carrier heated holding pan carrier
holds food between 150 and 165 degrees
Fahrenheit, which meets food safety
standards while also maintaining moisture
and preventing unintended
cooking.
After its 45-minute warm-
up time, the Cambro UPCH400 Ultra pan
carrier will maintain safe food holding
temperatures for up to 4 hours once
unplugged, thanks to its thick, foamed-in
polyurethane insulation! Plus, it recovers
temperature in 3 minutes after the door is
opened and closed.
The Cambro
UPCH400 Ultra pan carrier heated holding
pan
carrier is packed with convenient, user-
friendly features that make it an
economical alternative to large, expensive
warming cabinets. It's an energy-saver too--
when plugged in, it uses less energy than
three 100 watt light bulbs! Its tough,
polyurethane exterior stays cool to the
touch, while a vent cap equalizes pressure
and releases steam. The 9" nylon latch
opens and closes easily, secures tightly,
and will not bend.
Ergonomically
placed, molded-in handles won't break,
and allow for easy transport. Plus, a
removable 9' power cord can also be
wrapped and secured for transport with the
vinyl cord strap on the left side of the unit,
and an indicator light shows when the
power is on.
The interior features
12 evenly-spaced molded-in rail sets, to
accommodate varying pan depths and
maximize capacity. The Cambro UPCH400
Ultra pan carrier can hold up to six 2 1/2"
deep full size food pans. Plus, the
thermometer
located inside the door may be removed
for easy cleaning. For additional details

7/9"H. Its interior compartment measures

connection. NSF and UL listed. Available in
5 colors.
