No, the traverse may be slightly shorter than the listed length in order to fit on a shelving unit. For instance, a 36" traverse will be slightly shorter than 36" in order to fit on a 36" shelving unit.
Cambro CPTR72480 Details
As part of the Cambro Camshelving® Premium series, this CPTR72480 72" traverse serves as a replacement part for your pre-existing modular shelving system. With a durable steel core and polypropylene coated exterior, this traverse is both strong and stable, while also offering rust and corrosion resistance. This replacement can be used to add additional support to the back of your shelving unit. If you'd like to add an additional shelf to your system, you'll need to purchase two traverses.
