application. The Cambro KVC856C has
two fully-insulated storage compartments
that hold up to six full size food pans (not
included), and holds up to six full size 6"
deep food
pans in the top pan wells. Each storage
compartment has its own externally-
mounted thermometer so you can easily
monitor food holding
temperatures.
