The carving station kit also features a high-temperature, wood fiber composite cutting board, which has a cut out slot to collect scraps, and a channel for drippings. The scraps and drippings are kept out of site in the carving station's black plastic drip tray. A clamp is included that can hold most standard heat lamps (sold separately). The Cal-Mil 810-52 Cut-Mate carving station kit is also easy to disassemble for cleaning and storage.
