Our November coupon code features something that every food service operation could and should use: sanitizer! November "Great Service" Facebook Contest: Win $250 and Be Our Featured Facebook Fan in December!

Our Customer Solutions staff strives to give customers like you WOW service every time you use our Live Chat or talk to them on the telephone. Our staff gets frequent compliments because they do work so hard to offer the best service possible, and here are just a few that came in this past week:

We thought it would be great fun to have another contest where we encourage our customers to let others know about our great service on Facebook. We also want to hold a little contest for our Customer Solutions team. So here is how this will work:

Contest Rules: If you get service worth talking about from our Customer Service staff in the month of November; just "Like" our Facebook page and give the customer service person a shout out. You will know you are entered when we "Like" your post. On Thursday, December 1st, we will randomly draw the name of one of the entrants to be our WINNER! We will also tally up the shout outs, and our Customer Solutions team member with the most shout-outs will also be a winner!

Contest REWARDS:The randomly drawn Facebook Fan winner will get a gift perfect for holiday shopping-- $250 to spend at the WEBstaurantStore! Not only that, but the winning Facebook Fan and Customer Solutions team member will also be our Featured Customer and Featured Team Member for December, and will have their photos embedded in our Facebook page's profile picture.     doing business in Belize Central America, means tons of paperwork, customs documents, import permits, invoices. bills of lading, dock receipts...so when I began to panic as i was missing an invoice, i went on chat! in less than a minute, I had the correct invoice1 That is Service with a capital S.

    I ordered tablecloths and napkins for our dining hall. Melissa steps in on her own initiative, and asks if this is for a specific event and that she would check with the manufacturer that delivery would meet our dates. Within 24 hours she is back with me to confirm that the order will shipped complete and within the time frame of delivery I desired. That is service beyond my expectations, but consistent with the GREAT service I receive from Webrestaurantstore!
