Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over tea bag, and steep for about 3 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

2 Bigelow green tea bags
Green food coloring
White cake mix from a box
Green frosting for garnish
Green sugar for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat water brew 2 Bigelow green tea bags. Pour 12 fl. oz. of the tea into a mixing bowl and add a few drops of green food coloring. Slowly add the box of cake mix while slowly mixing together (do not add anything else such as eggs or oil to the cake mix powder). Place the batter in cupcake liners. Bake for 20 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool and decorate.
