Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over tea bag, and steep for about 4 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

Suggested Recipe: Mantra Berry Botanical Refresher
1 cup mixed berries
1/2 cup orange or strawberry juice
5 cups water
5 Bigelow Cozy Chamomile herbal tea bags
1/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener of choice
10 cilantro leaves
Rosemary for garnish

Boil 2 cups of water and pour over 5 Bigelow Cozy Chamomile herbal tea bags. Let steep for 10 minutes. Take the tea bags out and stir in the cold water to combine. Add in 1/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener of choice, 1/2 cup orange or strawberry juice, and 10 cilantro leaves then mix well. Garnish with rosemary.
