The BevLes PHC70-MP17INS insulated holding / proofing heating cabinet features aluminum construction with full length doors. The bottom mounted convection heating system features solid state controls and allows for independent change in heat and humidity. This heating cabinet can handle temperatures ranging from 80 degrees Fahrenheit to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

This unit features dutch doors, and while the inside of the cabinet can reach sizzling hot temperatures, the outside handles stay cool to the touch.

The PHC70-MP17INS includes front and rear pull grips for movement, heavy duty plate casters with 5" rubber wheels, and a water pan for additional moisture. Right handed hinging is standard, and the unit uses standard shelving. The interior features 34 positions and 17 shelves. Choose voltage. Please consult the spec sheet for further information.
