Slow roast a tender cut of meat to perfection and keep it at food safe temperatures with the BevLes HRHR44W6 Tender Select half size roast & hold oven. The top mounted convection heating system creates a uniformly hot, humid environment within this fully insulated slow cooker oven that continues even when the door is opened. A 2-quart water pan supplies the humidity to the cabinet for longer hold times.

This slow roast cabinet's interior has wire racking universal pan supports that are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments for versatile storage, and it can hold up to 6 full size sheet pans at a time. Temperature and humidity are adjusted with the easy-to-use top-mounted controls, where a digital thermometer clearly displays the internal temperature.

This cabinet quickly heats up to temperatures from 145 to 245 degrees Fahrenheit for optimum slow roasting and holding potential. A vent mounted on either side of this unit helps ensure that food does not dry out or heat unevenly when roasting.
