The maximum security package includes an additional front control panel enclosure and pan support locking devices. Its universal pan slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments for versatile storage, and it can hold up to 17 full size sheet pans at a time.
The HHDS74U17-MSP holding cabinet also features user friendly top mounted controls that allow you to quickly and easily adjust temperature, humidity, and more. The cabinet's fast response time helps make setting up the right environment for your food quick and easy.
This cabinet quickly heats up to temperatures from 70 to 215 degrees Fahrenheit so food constantly stays hot and ready to serve. Full body and door insulation guarantee that excess heat isn't lost or wasted, and it firmly seals humidity inside to keep food moist and tender.
For convenient mobility, this insulated holding cabinet comes with four heavy duty 6" x 2" swivel balloon casters (two with locks).
