Increasing vertical storage above equipment can be one of the best ways to maximize storage space in your commercial kitchen, and this Beverage-Air 00C23-124D-01 tubular overshelf attaches to your standard or cutting top SPE36 or SPED36 salad/sandwich prep tables to do just that! This 10" deep overshelf provides two shelves worth of extra room to store everything from spices to disposable gloves to deli wrap and takeout containers.
Because it is designed for use on prep tables that use night covers, this overshelf will not work with prep tables using the standard pan rail hood.
