The Berkel MB-P bread slicer is a high-performance machine that is perfect for bakeries, specialty sandwich stores, hotels, cafes and trendy bread joints. The MB-P can handle between 300 and 450 loaves of bread an hour and can slice through a single loaf in approximately 8 seconds. It can also cut either soft or hard crusted bread. The blades in the MB-P are made of a heat-treated, high-carbon steel alloy and are independently mounted, so they're easy to replace. The MB-P can be ordered in models that cut slice thicknesses of 1", 1/2", 3/4", 5/8" and 7/16". There is a 1/3 H.P. motor in the MB-P, and it's compact design measures 24 1/2"W x 27"D x 18 1/2"H.

The warranty on the Berkel MB-P bread slicer is all parts, service and travel coverage for one year, excluding wear items.
