This food processor features a wiper blade ejection system to propel processed food out of its chute and into a container below. The dual-feed openings allow you to simultaneously cut and mix ingredients, and their safety interlocks help ensure your staff is safe during use. And thanks to its heavy duty machinery, this food processor can slice up to 950 lbs. per hour and dice up to 1500 lbs. per hour.

The Berkel M3000-8 continuous feed food processor is UL and NSF Listed and made in America. It requires a 115V electrical connection and comes with a 1/8" slicing plate and a 1/8" shredding plate. Please consult the Manual for additional details.
