chromium-plated carbon-steel knife and
built-in two stone sharpener with a

conveniently located on the sharpener
cover. The 1/2 HP
829E is for users whose volume exceeds
the capabilities of an economy slicer but
do not need the biggest or most powerful
model.
The 829E is ideal for
convenience
operations, large delis, catering
operations, or small supermarket chains.
Easy to clean and disassemble, the Berkel
829E does not require any specialized
tools. Its permanent ring guard and
removable center plate enhance
user-friendliness. This feature protects the
blade as well as your fingers!
The
14" knife rotates at a higher cutting speed
than smaller models resulting in superior
cutting performance. Plus, the powerful 1/2
HP motor enables the 829E to occasionally handle
cheese and other difficult or oversized
items.
The Berkel 829E slicer
features a large product table that can
handle oversized items (maximum
dimensions: 11"W x 8 1/2"H) with
ease. Additionally, because the product
table is tilted at 45 degrees, your product
will feed easier and slice more uniformly!
Other features of the Berkel 829E are a
positive, moisture protected on/off rocker
switch, a power indicator light, and precise
slice adjustment from wafer-thin to
5/8."

The warranty on the
Berkel
829E slicer is all parts, service and travel
coverage for one year, excluding wear
items. Berkel also offers a separate 90 day
satisfaction
guarantee on all of their products. If you
purchase this product and you are not
satisfied with it during the first 90 days,
Berkel will take it back and
allow you trade up to a different unit, or
receive a refund of the purchase price.
