a hollow ground, chromium-
plated carbon-steel knife
and
built-in, dual-action
sharpener with convenient
handle located on the
sharpener cover. The 829A is
for those who slice
approximately 4 hours
per day; it has a 1/2 HP
motor
and a 14" knife and large
product table, which are
ideal for handling oversize
meats, cheeses and a variety
of other product. The
permanent, tapered guard on
the 829A covers the non-
slicing portion of the knife
even when the sharpener and
center plate are removed.
The
45 degree table makes product feed
easier, creating more
consistent and uniform
slices
with less waste.
The slice thickness is adjustable from wafer thin up to 3/4", and the gauge plate interlock improves product feed for greater evenness and consistency. Plus, it makes cleaning safer!
The 829A
has
a compact, space-saving
design ideal for limited
kitchen counter space. This
829A is suitable for
frequent
slicing of cheese and is
ideal for small restaurants
and diners. Unit is easy to
clean and disassembles
quickly without tools. The

coverage for one year, excluding wear
items. Berkel also offers a separate 90 day
satisfaction
guarantee on all of their products. If you

Berkel will take it back and
allow you trade up to a different unit, or
receive a refund of the purchase price.
