The
Berkel 827A manual,
gravity-feed slicer features
a hollow ground, chromium-
plated carbon-steel knife
and
built-in, dual-action
sharpener with convenient
handle located on the
sharpener cover. The 827A is
for those who slice
approximately 3 to 4 hours
per day, and the carriage
handles food up to 10 3/4"
wide, by 7 5/8" high, or 7 3/8" diameter. The
Berkel 827A has a 1/2 HP motor. The
permanent, tapered
guard on the 827A covers the
non-slicing portion of the
knife even when the
sharpener
and center plate are
removed.
The 45 degree table on the 827A
makes product feed easier,
creating more consistent and
uniform slices with less
waste. The 827A has a
compact, space-saving design
ideal for limited kitchen
counter space. This 827A is
suitable for slicing a
moderate amount of cheese
and
is ideal for small
restaurants and diners. Unit
is easy to clean and
disassembles quickly without
tools. The 827A is ETL and
NSF listed.
The warranty on the

coverage for one year, excluding wear

This Boxer by Anvil SLR5012 12" manual gravity feed slicer features a compact design that's ideal for small operations where space is at a premium! It's great for slicing vegetables and processed meat up to several hours a day, making it great for small delis, coffee shops, sub shops, and small restaurants. It's easy to use, with a cut thickness that's adjustable from 1/16" to 1/2".
This Boxer by Anvil 12" slicer is constructed of top quality aluminum for durability and ease of cleaning, and features a built-in sharpening assembly. The meat carriage is also removable for easy cleanup. It also has a fixed ring guard for safety.
The slicer's blade is belt-driven by a 1/2 HP motor.
1/2 hp slicers like the Boxer by Anvil SLR5012 are appropriate for medium-volume applications of up to several hours of slicing per day. While it can handle continuous use, it is not suitable for slicing raw or frozen meat. This 12" manual gravity feed slicer requires a 110V electrical connection, and is ETL and NSF Listed.
