Benton Lane Choice food release is a
blend of pure vegetable oil and high grade
lecithin. Lecithin, a refinement of soybean
oil, adheres to pan surfaces when heated
and forms a clear, smooth, protective
coating which prevents food from sticking.
Water is used as the carrier and flashes off
immediately after hitting the pan, leaving a
rich, thick coating of lecithin. Use to
condition utensils and cooking surfaces
such as grills, frying & baking pans,
casserole dishes, waffle irons, broilers
and
steam tables. Storage Temperature:
Between 65 degrees Fahrenheit and 120
degrees Fahrenheit Shelf Life: In
excess of 2 years.
Due to US DOT regulations, this
product must be shipped via FedEx
Ground
service. It is not eligible for FedEx Next Day
Air or Second Day Air service.
