    For a one pound bag, it lasts pretty long. And I can separate them in different containers for different uses. I used some to make banana bread. Turns it light and fluffy

    I love this baking soda. We use it at the commissary. The bag helps it stay fresh for longer. Great deal for a pound of baking soda.
