The Bakers Pride XX-8 gas countertop radiant charbroiler features an exceptionally low profile design that sits just 13 1/4" to the broiling surface. It uses eight 24" deep, 18,000 BTU clog-proof, high efficiency burners in combination with 14-gauge, 300-series stainless steel radiant heat deflectors, to effortlessly create sizzling steaks, juicy hamburgers, mouth-watering ribs, and smoky shish kabobs.
With is all stainless steel exterior, this radiant charbroiler offers superior ventilation and cooler outer temperatures, perfect for use on top of refrigerated chef bases. Its eight cast iron top grates feature channels to direct grease into the front trough for easy cleanup.
The Bakers Pride XX-8 gas countertop radiant charbroiler also includes a slide out stainless steel water pan and grease drawer, flame guards, and 4" chrome plated adjustable legs.
