This Bakers Pride P-48BL brick lined electric countertop bake and roast oven adds top heat intensity, speeds recovery, and increases production when compared to the P-48S electric countertop pizza and pretzel oven. It features two independent 7 1/2" tall hearth stone decks, each with a separate set of controls. It’s ideal for both baking and roasting!

For superior heat retention, each countertop oven is fully insulated with an easy-to-clean, heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel exterior and a heat tolerant, aluminized steel interior. Top and bottom heat is provided by Incoloy steel tubular elements for perfectly balanced baking results between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Bakers Pride P-48BL brick lined electric countertop bake and roast oven comes complete with a continuous ring timer with manual shut-off. NSF, UL, CSA, and CE Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional measurements, details, and installation information. Choose voltage.
