Bakers Pride P24-BL 240/1 Details
This Bakers Pride P-24-BL brick lined electric countertop bake and roast oven adds top heat intensity, speeds recovery, and increases production when compared to the P-24S electric countertop pizza and pretzel oven. It features a single 7 1/2" tall baking chamber, ideal for both baking and roasting.
For superior heat retention, each countertop oven is fully insulated with an easy-to-clean, heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel exterior and a heat tolerant, aluminized steel interior. Top and bottom heat is provided by Incoloy steel tubular elements for perfectly balanced baking results between 140 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Bakers Pride P-24-BL brick lined electric countertop bake and roast oven comes complete with a continuous ring timer with manual shut-off Includes 4" adjustable legs. It requires a 220-240V, 1 phase electrical connection.
