Details

This heavy duty Bakers Pride HDTG-2448 48" gas countertop griddle features a 1" thick by 24" deep polished, cold-rolled steel griddle plate, ideal for grilling eggs, hamburgers, fish, chicken, and vegetables. It’s perfect for use on top of refrigerated cabinets or counter tops with its low profile, 13 1/8" height.

Each HD Series gas counter top griddle features 4 high-performance, energy-efficient, 33,000 BTU burners. For superior control over temperature adjustment, each burner is designed with an individual valve with thermostatic controls.

The HDTG-2448 countertop griddle is designed with a combination stainless and aluminized steel exterior, a spatula-width front grease trough, a stainless steel landing ledge, and a large-capacity, slide-out grease pan. Its heavy-duty, heat resistant 11- and 16-gauge steel is hand-welded for added strength and durability.

UL Listed. Includes pressure regulator. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional measurements, details, and installation information. Choose fuel type.
