The Bakers Pride HDOB-848 48" eight burner heavy duty countertop open burner range is perfect for use on top of refrigerated cabinets or counter tops with its low profile, 13 1/8" height. Each HDOB Series gas countertop range features 8 high-performance, cast iron, 30,000 BTU burners and removable cast iron top grates.
For precise control over temperature adjustment, each burner has its own controls. Both patented 180 degree valves have a low setting of only 5,000 BTU for simmering soups, stews, chili, and much more.
The HDOB-848 countertop open burner range is designed with a combination stainless and aluminized steel exterior, a stainless steel landing ledge, and a large-capacity, slide-out stainless steel crumb tray. Its heavy-duty, heat resistant 11- and 16-gauge steel interior combustion chamber is hand-welded for added strength and durability.
