Increase your efficiency without sacrificing valuable kitchen space with this Bakers Pride COC-E2 Cyclone Series half size, electric, forced air double deck convection oven. It features two, fully insulated stainless steel doors with right hand hinges, and two left side control panels.
This fully-insulated stainless steel convection oven is designed with an independent energy efficient 9.5 kW direct forced air heat system for each deck.
Each porcelain lined heavy gauge steel interior features removable 11-position rack guides that offer 1 5/8" spacing for each of the 10 heavy duty adjustable chrome-plated racks. To keep an eye on your culinary creations, interior lighting comes standard with each unit.
Its dual single doors with thermal pane windows open a full 180 degrees and feature a 23" wide mouth opening for easy viewing and sideways loading of half-size sheet pans. For excellent safety during use, each door is designed with an interlock switch that automatically turns the fan and heating elements off when the oven door is opened.
This Bakers Pride COC-E2 also has a 60-minute electric timer and a 1/4 HP fan motor with dual-speed fan control and cooldown. Choose electrical configuration. This unit must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug.
